Hello, I'm Tammy Zurfluh, Mortgage Planner

As lifelong Belvidere residents, my family and I are members of the same community that you are - we're neighbors!

In 1989 I joined the Mortgage Division.  I began learning every aspect of mortgage lending procedures, from processing documents to closing loans with clients.  I advanced to 'Mortgage Planner' in 1991. I've built a thriving business on referrals from Realtors and past clients who return because of the positive experience they had. 

My goal is to become your trusted advisor when you purchase your first home, and continue our relationship until you buy or build your ultimate dream home.  I'll earn your business by sharing my knowledge and experience to help you select a mortgage program that fits your finances and lifestyle, and by providing unmatched customer service.  

With Blackhawk's local loan processing and underwriting, I am able to provide same-day loan approvals.  I'll support you and answer any questions you have, every step of the way.  After all, this is one of the most important purchases you'll ever make!  I'll attend your mortgage closing and continue to monitor your financial needs long after.

Meet Sandra and Beth

Sandra Adams is my Mortgage Processor; she prepares the mortgage loan documents for approval and closing. Her experience for the past 4 years in the Mortgage Department has made her an expert in the mortgage process and will ensure that you'll have a seamless closing.  

Beth Cunningham is my Mortgage Planning Assistant, here to make sure you're informed about every aspect of your mortgage loan process.  A 2003 graduate of ISU, Beth has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance with a Real Estate focus and departmental honors in Finance. Beth is a true asset to our team and will make the transition into your new home a great experience.
